My name is Vandana Agravat, and I am the heart and soul behind Monarch Pre-School. It brings me immense joy to introduce myself as the principal and an early childhood educator with 15 glorious years of shaping little lives.
My life’s mission has blossomed within the colourful walls of our preschool, where I have poured my passion for education into creating a nurturing haven for curious young minds. Having started my journey over a decade and a half ago, I have witnessed the incredible transformation that early learning brings to children’s lives.
Throughout my 15-year voyage in early education, I have gathered a treasure trove of experiences and expertise that define the core of our preschool’s philosophy
I firmly believe education must adapt to the individual child, not vice versa. Our programs are hence tailored to foster each child's innate potential.
My specialization lies in designing vibrant learning experiences. Hands-on activities are the pulse of our classroom, making every lesson a lively, interactive celebration.
Education is more than literacy and numeracy; it's about cultivating a child's emotional intelligence, creativity, and physical abilities, ensuring a multifaceted development.
In our preschool family, relationships matter. I advocate for strong collaboration between educators and parents, creating a cohesive support system for every child.
Guided by the adage 'learning through play,' I ensure that the joy of discovery is at the forefront of our pedagogy, making learning a delightful experience.
I'm passionate about introducing children to nature's wonders fostering environmental stewardship from the earliest age with eco-friendly practices and outdoor learning.
